Uruguay has a humid subtropical climate. Winter temperatures are around 18 degrees Celsius. The summers are in the low-20’s. The country gets 41 inches of rain each year, with October being the wettest month.

Petty crime, such as pick-pocketing or bag-snatching is relatively common in Uruguay. Travellers should avoid carrying unnecessary valuables with them. Be cautious whilst travelling and travel with a partner when possible. Travellers should avoid demonstrations or large gatherings.

Guaviyu Spa town is located 60 kilometers north of Paysandu and has seven indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The town is located among tonnes of wild Yatay palm trees. What Should I Take to Uruguay?
